
Sharon M. Jannuzzi practices in the areas of probate, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, will and trust contests and guardianships. She has handled numerous estate and probate matters of every size and level of complexity. She is a member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County.
Ms. Jannuzzi also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to business law and civil litigation, with a particular focus on representing religious and charitable organizations. Her clients include the Diocese of Reno, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Bishop Manogue High School, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and others. She assists her corporate and religious clients in business and real estate transactions, employment and personnel matters, litigation and dispute resolution, and matters involving the intersection between church and state. She stays current on the wide variety of legal issues affecting religious organizations through her membership in the National Diocesan Attorneys Association.
Prior to joining Woodburn and Wedge, Ms. Jannuzzi was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brent T. Adams of the Second Judicial District Court.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy with a taxation emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. In 2007, he graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University cum laude and was an editor of the law review.
Mr. Morris enjoys serving the Reno-Sparks community through various community and professional organizations. He is the Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society for Northern Nevada and Secretary of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada. He is a member of the Reno South Rotary Club, the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada and the Prospector’s Club. He volunteered as a ski instructor for the Sky Tavern Junior Ski program. Mr. Morris is the former Treasurer and Board Member of the Reno Chamber Orchestra. In 2008, Washoe Legal Services acknowledged his charitable legal work by giving him the Outstanding Pro Bono Services award.
